R v. SA [Court of Justice, Calgary – April 2025]

SUMMARY: SK was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking as a consequence of police seizure of 97 grams of cocaine from a basement suite in NE Calgary.  

RESULT: As a consequence of Patrick Fagan’s discovery of a multitude of constitutional violations, he was successful in terminating this prosecution in its entirety by way of a Stay of Proceedings prior to commencement of trial.
