A vehicle search located a grinder, glass bong and a backpack containing just under 30 grams of marijuana. CNN was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bottom Line: Patrick Fagan was successful in killing this prosecution by way of a complete withdrawal of the charge.
